And, in 2004, while 16% of home buyers first learned of the home they purchased from yard signs, 15% learned about their home first through the Internet (up from 11% in 2003).

(4) A real estate agent (3%).
Internet users are more likely (93%) to use an agent than non-Internet users (79%).
